About this test
A 10-item short-form of the introvert/extrovert spectrum, scored on a 5-point Likert scale. This is a pulse-check — the underlying trait is Extraversion from the Big Five, which our Big Five test covers in more depth alongside the other four traits.
Methodology
10 self-report items on a 5-point Likert scale, balanced between introvert-leaning and extrovert-leaning statements. The total maps to three bands along the Big Five's Extraversion dimension.

FAQ + disclaimer
Is this based on a real framework?
The introvert/extrovert axis maps to Extraversion, one of the Big Five personality traits. This is a 10-item short-form indicator — our full Big Five test (30 items, 6 per trait) is the richer version.
How is it scored?
Each item loads on a single axis. Five items are forward-keyed (introvert-leaning) and five are reverse-keyed (extrovert-leaning). Your total maps to one of three bands: extrovert, ambivert or introvert.
How long does it take?
Under 2 minutes.
