About this test
A 16-statement does-he-like-me-over-text quiz for he, she or they. It looks at how someone texts you across four signals, four statements each: attention (replies, remembering details, questions back), initiative (who starts, plans, late-night messages), warmth (emojis, jokes, sweet and supportive texts) and in person (whether the warmth in the texts shows up face to face). You answer from Never to Always, and your answers become a score from 0 to 100 and one of four honest bands: Not yet, Curious, Warm or Into you. Texting is easy to over-read: a slow reply can mean a busy day, not a cold heart. The quiz only reflects what you have noticed and can never know what someone feels. Use it to look at the pattern calmly before you decide what to say.
Methodology
16 self-report items, 4 per signal (attention, initiative, warmth, in person), rated on a 5-point frequency scale from Never to Always. Score = round((mean - 1) / 4 x 100), reported in four bands (0-34, 35-59, 60-79, 80-100). An original, informal instrument that draws on general themes from the research on interpersonal attraction and responsiveness; it is not a validated scale and it measures only what the visitor has noticed, never what another person feels.
Possible archetypes
- Not yet · Mostly quiet
- Their texts show few signs of interest so far. Texting is a poor mirror of feelings, so this is not a no.
- Curious · Texting, but mixed
- Some of their texts feel interested and some feel flat. It is a real maybe.
- Warm · Warm over text
- Their messages show real warmth and effort. It feels encouraging.
- Into you · The texts lean your way
- Most of what you have noticed in their texts points toward real interest. Only they can confirm it.

FAQ + disclaimer
Can a quiz tell me if he likes me over text?
No, and no honest quiz can. This one only organises what you have noticed in the chat — attention, initiative, warmth and how it feels in person — into a score. Only the other person can tell you how they feel. A high score means the texts lean positive, not that anything is certain.
Does a slow reply mean he does not like me?
Not by itself. Reply speed depends on work, battery, habits and anxiety. Look at the pattern over weeks instead: do they come back to the chat, ask you questions, remember details and make plans? Steady effort says more than any single delay.
How is the score calculated?
You answer 16 statements from Never (1) to Always (5). The score is your average rescaled to 0-100: round((average - 1) / 4 x 100). Not yet is 0-34, Curious 35-59, Warm 60-79 and Into you 80-100. The four bars show each signal on the same 0-100 scale.
Is this quiz only for "he"?
No. The title uses the most common search, but the questions say "they" and work for a guy, a girl or anyone you text. If you prefer a version about a specific person, there are separate quizzes for him and for her.
What should I do after I get my result?
Keep it small and kind. Low score: send lighter messages and meet in a group. Middle: suggest a relaxed plan. High: a simple, low-pressure invitation. Whatever the score, respect the answer you get, and never pressure, test or keep texting after a no.
