About this test
Think about the relationship you would enjoy, not a particular person. Rate each statement honestly. Your result describes preferences, not who you will meet. A reflection tool about current preferences, not a prophecy or a compatibility guarantee. Low or tied answers are less informative. No quiz can know a future partner’s identity or choices.
Methodology
16 original preference items, five Likert choices. Each adds (value minus 1) times its weight to one style. Four Steady anchor items have weight 3; each other style has three items with weight 4. Every maximum is 48. Highest total wins; ties resolve in order: Steady anchor, Adventurer, Gentle romantic, Ambitious teammate, Funny best friend. Low or tied totals do not establish a clear preference.

FAQ + disclaimer
What will my future husband be like?
A quiz cannot know your future husband or whether you will marry. This one explores qualities you currently value in a partner, whatever their gender or your relationship plans.
What will my future partner be like quiz: is it a prediction?
No. Your answers suggest a partner style you may thrive with, not a person you are destined to meet. Compatibility also depends on mutual choices, boundaries and behaviour over time.
Can I use this as a future boyfriend or girlfriend quiz?
Yes. The preferences apply to a boyfriend, girlfriend, spouse or partner of any gender. The result does not predict appearance, name, gender or when someone will arrive.
How do future relationship quizzes score these archetypes?
Each answer adds 0–4 weighted points to one style. All five styles have the same maximum; the highest wins. Ties pick the steady anchor first, so low or tied answers are less informative.
What should I do with my partner archetype?
Use it to name what matters to you, then stay curious about real people. You may appreciate several styles, and preferences can change; mutual respect matters more than matching a quiz label.
