Type D
The cautious one
Quiet · Careful · Loyal
You clocked the mood change in the room and said nothing about it.
What this archetype looks like
Your answers cluster on Type D: cautious, reserved and more loyal than you let on. You feel things at full volume and show them at about half — the worry stays internal, and the room gets a steadier version of you than the one you are actually running. You would rather not be watched, evaluated or made the centre of anything, and you keep a small circle you would do almost anything for. In the popular typology, D is the careful, supportive type: the one who notices the mood change before anyone says a word. That noticing is the strength — people feel accompanied around you. The cost is that holding it all in is expensive and invisible, so nobody offers the help you never asked for. The word "distressed" attached to this letter comes from a research questionnaire about negative feelings and social inhibition. This quiz is not that questionnaire, and a letter is not a diagnosis.
