The detail-first one

What this archetype looks like
Your answers cluster on Type C: precise, conscientious and hard to catch in an error. You want the work right rather than fast, you check before you send, and you would rather absorb a small unfairness than start a fight about it. In the popular typology this is the detail-oriented, accommodating profile — the one people hand the spreadsheet, the contract or the difficult email to. The strength is obvious: what you touch holds up. The cost is that accommodation becomes a habit, and habits are hard to switch off when the thing on the table is your own need. Descriptions of Type C also tend to include emotional restraint: feelings acknowledged privately and rarely announced, which looks like calm and is sometimes pressure with a lid on it. Naming an irritation early, while it is still small and boring, is the single change most Type C profiles benefit from.
