What this archetype looks like

Your PSS-10 is elevated and your BRS-4 resilience is on the lower side. That combination deserves attention, not a pep talk. Two things tend to help: first, shrink the load where you can this week (one calendar cancellation counts); second, reach for support — a friend, a GP, a therapist, a helpline. This is the pattern most strongly associated with needing outside help, and getting it earlier tends to mean getting it lighter.
