What this archetype looks like
You want your child to become capable. You teach, correct, debrief and push for growth. The good part is that your child learns how to improve instead of just hoping. The hard part is what happens after failure. Before the lesson, they need to know they are loved either way. What helps is adding warmth before feedback: “I love you. Now let’s look at what happened.”
