TEST-YO! Editorial is the collective name for the in-house editorial process that ships every test and article on the site. The process covers: (1) sourcing the underlying framework from primary literature (Big Five, RIASEC, Goleman, etc.) and citing it; (2) item design and reverse-keying to control acquiescence bias; (3) scoring logic that maps to framework-defined ranges, not invented narrative; (4) a copy review pass that flags claims requiring hedging. Tests are explicitly positioned as informational self-reflection, not clinical instruments. When external credentialed reviewers join the program, individual reviewer profiles will replace this collective entry on a per-piece basis. Until that happens, TEST-YO! does not claim individual academic credentials it cannot verify.
