O tym teście

Based on Cohen et al. (1983) Perceived Stress Scale (10-item) and Smith et al. (2008) Brief Resilience Scale (4-item subset). The test looks at the last month of stress and your general capacity to bounce back, and places you in one of four quadrants.

Jak liczymy wynik

This self-reflection quiz combines ten perceived-stress items with four recovery items adapted from published stress and resilience scales. Some answers are scored in reverse. The quiz uses its own thresholds to assign four descriptive patterns; they are not clinical cutoffs, and source-scale research does not validate this combined version.

What the result types mean

The four labels combine reported stress with reported recovery. They describe your answers in this version of the quiz, not clinical thresholds or fixed levels of strength.

Anchored
Your answers pair lower perceived stress with greater confidence in recovering. Notice which routines, relationships or circumstances currently support you. The label does not guarantee that you are well or mean you should take on extra demands.
Tested Bender
You report more pressure while also feeling able to recover. Both parts matter: confidence does not make the load irrelevant. Consider where you can reduce demands and protect time to recover instead of treating coping as an obligation to keep going.
Guarded Calm
Your answers pair lower perceived stress with less confidence about recovering from difficulty. You may want to reflect on what support would be available if circumstances changed. The result does not predict a future crisis or require you to seek out stress.
Exhausted
Your answers combine greater perceived pressure with less confidence in recovery. Consider what feels most demanding and who could help with a practical next step. The label is not a burnout diagnosis, and you do not need a quiz result to ask for support.

If stress persists, feels overwhelming or affects daily life, consider speaking with your doctor or a qualified mental health professional.

How to use your result

Start with a situation you recognise, then choose one useful step:

  • Identify one current demand you could reduce, postpone or share.
  • Name a person or service you could contact for practical or emotional support.
  • Notice which rest and recovery routines feel possible in your circumstances.
  • If you revisit the quiz, compare your situation and answers rather than treating the label as a target.

Możliwe typy wyników

Anchored · Suspiciously fine
You're fine. Genuinely. Everyone else is suspicious of you. We get it.
Tested Bender · Functioning on fumes
You're running on fumes and somehow still showing up. Iconic. Unsustainable.
Guarded Calm · Calm but untested
Life is calm and you're a little nervous about that. Same.
Exhausted · Burnout final boss
The tank is empty and you're still driving. This is your sign to pull over.

Najczęstsze pytania + informacja
How accurate is this stress resilience test?

It summarises self-reported pressure and recovery confidence. Your context and interpretation of the questions matter, and this combined quiz cannot assess your health or predict how you will handle a future event.

Is this quiz scientific?

It draws on published stress and resilience scales, but this version combines them and uses a shortened recovery section. It is a self-reflection quiz; the source research does not validate its four labels or make it a clinical assessment.

Can my stress profile change?

Yes. Demands, rest, health, support and circumstances can change your answers. Resilience here is reported recovery confidence, not a permanent rating of your strength.

Does Exhausted mean I have burnout?

No. That label names a combination of answers in this quiz. It does not diagnose burnout, anxiety or any other condition; a qualified professional can help assess concerns.

Do I need a high score to ask for help?

No. You can seek support whenever stress or coping concerns you. A reassuring label cannot rule out difficulty, and you do not have to wait for the quiz to suggest help.
