About this test

A 16-item self-report quiz that turns the popular warning-sign question inward: what difficult relationship pattern do you bring? It maps you to one of four patterns — Green Flag, Avoider, Controller or Inconsistent — based on transparency, conflict habits and consistency. The point is not to label you bad. It is to name one pattern that may cost more than you realise.

Methodology

16 self-report items (4 per pattern) on a 5-point Likert scale. The four patterns synthesise common relationship-difficulty patterns. Pop-psychology framing, not a clinical instrument.
