O tym teście

A 16-item quiz that estimates which of four work-value domains matters most to you: Achievement, Benevolence, Self-Direction, or Security. Items are authored by TEST-YO! around the higher-order value structure described by Schwartz (1992) and the work-values tradition of Super (1970). We do not reproduce the Schwartz SVS-57 or Super WVI items.

Jak liczymy wynik

Items authored by TEST-YO! around the four higher-order value dimensions described in Schwartz (1992) 'Universals in the content and structure of values' (Advances in Experimental Social Psychology 25). Informed by Super's Work Values Inventory (1970). Does NOT reproduce Schwartz SVS-57 items or Super WVI items.

What the results mean

The four labels name priorities reflected in your answers. Several can matter at once, and none determines the right career or employer for you.

Achiever
Your answers give weight to achievement, visible progress and recognition for your work. Consider what progress means to you: mastery, responsibility or acknowledgement. A title alone may not meet that need, and ambition can coexist with wanting dependable time away.
Helper
Your answers emphasise contributing to others and seeing the human purpose of work. Ask what meaningful contribution looks like in ordinary tasks. Caring about people does not require unlimited availability or accepting conditions that leave your own needs unmet.
Explorer
Your answers favour autonomy, creativity and opportunities to shape how work happens. Consider how much independence you want and what support still helps. A role described as flexible may involve different freedoms in its schedule, methods and decision making.
Anchor
Your answers value stability, clear expectations and dependable working arrangements. Notice which parts of predictability matter most to you. Wanting security does not rule out creativity or growth; it may describe the conditions that make exploring something new possible.

How to use your result

Choose a step that fits your circumstances:

  • Name one work situation that felt satisfying and the value it supported.
  • Identify a trade-off you would want to discuss before accepting a role.
  • Turn your strongest value into a concrete question about an ordinary working week.

Najczęstsze pytania + informacja
How accurate is this quiz?

This is a self-reflection quiz, not a prediction. It summarises the answers you give here, without establishing a fixed trait or guaranteeing an outcome.

Can my result change?

Yes. Different answers, circumstances or interpretations can produce a different result. If you retake it, compare the individual answers and context as well as the label.

Does my result recommend a career?

No. These are reported priorities, not job matches. The same value can be supported or frustrated in many occupations.

Can I value stability and independence together?

Yes. Read all four descriptions and consider which needs are essential and which can be negotiated in a particular role.

Is this the Schwartz Values Survey?

No. The existing methodology describes original work-context items inspired by a values framework. This quiz does not reproduce a validated survey or its norms.
