O tym teście
A strong spark can come with closeness, desire, daydreams or a mix. This quiz helps you notice which pattern stands out in your own feelings, without ranking them or deciding what the other person feels.
Jak liczymy wynik
16 self-report statements, four per pattern, on a five-point scale. Each adds 0–4 points to one pattern. Highest total wins; ties favour mixed, infatuation, attraction, then deep love. An original reflection exercise, not a validated measure or a prediction.
What the results mean
The strongest pattern in your answers supplies the label. These feelings can overlap, and none establishes what the other person wants.
- Deep love
- Your answers emphasise care, familiarity and room for the person’s imperfections. Consider how those feelings show up outside exciting moments, including ordinary conversation and respect for differences. This pattern can include physical attraction or exist without it; it does not establish mutual commitment.
- Mostly attraction
- Chemistry stands out in your answers. Attraction can be enjoyable without needing to become a relationship or prove emotional depth. Reflect on what you actually want to offer, and communicate that clearly so the other person can make their own choices about closeness.
- Infatuation spark
- Anticipation and an imagined connection stand out more than everyday familiarity. Your excitement is real, but the story around it may contain gaps. Give yourself time to know the person through ordinary interactions, without treating hope as evidence of a shared future.
- Mixed signals
- Your answers do not settle into one clear feeling, or several feelings are competing. This is uncertainty in your own experience, rather than evidence that the other person is sending confusing messages. You can take time and avoid making promises while you work out what you want.
How to use your result
Choose a step that fits your circumstances:
- Separate what you know about the person from what you imagine.
- Notice how you feel during ordinary time together, as well as exciting moments.
- Describe what you want without assuming the other person wants the same.
- Allow attraction, affection or uncertainty to develop without forcing a label.

Najczęstsze pytania + informacja
Is it love or lust?
Love often includes care and knowing the person; lust centres on physical desire. They can overlap. This quiz reflects what you report, rather than declaring which feeling is real.
What is the difference between love and infatuation?
Infatuation can lean heavily on anticipation and an ideal picture. Love can include excitement while making more room for the real person, ordinary days and differences.
Can lust turn into love?
It can, but it does not have to. Time, mutual interest and getting to know each other may build closeness; physical chemistry is not a promise of commitment.
How accurate is this love or lust quiz?
This is a self-reflection quiz, not a prediction or a validated assessment. It cannot establish mutual feelings or tell you whether attraction will become commitment.
Can my result change?
Yes. Your feelings and how well you know someone can change. A different result reflects different answers, not proof that a relationship has progressed.
