Big Five personality model

Agreeableness

Agreeableness is the Big Five trait measuring warmth, cooperation and trust. It is the single best predictor of relationship satisfaction and team cohesion.

Low Agreeableness is not "bad" — it often indicates directness, tough negotiation and comfort challenging bad ideas. High Agreeableness predicts pro-social behaviour but also vulnerability to manipulation.
